Sports, Fitness & Recreation Programs

These Club programs help develop fitness, positive ways to spend leisure time, methods of reducing stress, an appreciation of the environment, and social and interpersonal skills. Programs are conducted both indoors and outdoors at the Club and local parks, weather permitting of course!

Team Sports

These programs are open to all members and provide team building skills through group play such as dodge ball, kickball, soccer and other team sports.


Triple Play Daily Challenges

Members are given the opportunity to participate in fun, fitness challenges. The fitness contests consist of the Basketball Challenge, Get Fit Challenge, Walk/Run Challenge, Jump Rope Challenge, Home Run Challenge, and Invent-A-Sport Challenge.


Triple Play Game Tournaments

This program is available to all members. Tournaments include ping pong, pool, foosball, carpet ball, air hockey and variations of these games. This program focuses on teaching the rules, skills and good sportsmanship.
